Dr. Beate Wild
Dr. Beate Wild received her MD and PhD degrees from the Free University of Berlin in 1990 and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the University Hospital Rudolph Virchow in Berlin 1996.
She undertook her fellowship in cardiology at Auguste Viktoria Teaching Hospital in Berlin and was board certified as a cardiologist in 1999.
She then trained in Interventional Cardiology at the group practice Dr. Nunberger & Ewert in Berlin and joined the group practice Dr. von Ameln, Rennhak, Willber in Potsdam as an associate in 2002.
Dr. Wild has worked extensively as visiting consultant at Bremen Heart Centre and at the University of Stellenbosch, Tygerberg Hospital in South Africa.
Dr. Wild has been working as a cardiology specialist for the German Heart Centre Bremen since 2007. As an Aviation Medical Examiner and Cardiologist, Dr. Beate Walid provides exceptional care to aviation professionals from renowned airlines such as Emirates, Lufthansa, IndiGo, British Airways, Etihad Airways and Fly Dubai. Her expertise extends to both captains and cabin crew, ensuring their health and well-being for safe and efficient operations.She has exceptional experience in the fields of interventional cardiology, echocardiography and peripheral vascular disease, pacemaker and ICD programming.
Dr. Wild is Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology (FESC).
